Services & fees
Everything below is done by one advisor, start to finish. Planning fees are quoted up front, and the price of your hotels and flights is the same as if you'd booked them yourself, usually better.

Full trip design
From $350 per trip
The complete service. Discovery call, custom itinerary, all bookings, a printed and mobile itinerary, and support while you travel. Best for trips of five nights or more, or anything with multiple stops.

Hotel & cruise booking
No fee
If you already know where you're going and just want it booked well. We use partner rates that often include breakfast, room upgrades, resort credits, or onboard credit at no extra cost to you.

Itinerary review
$150 flat
You've planned it yourself and want a second set of eyes. We check timings, connections, neighborhoods, and reservations, then send back a marked-up version with fixes and a few ideas.

Group & celebration trips
From $600, quoted per group
Weddings, milestone birthdays, reunions, and anything with more than eight travelers. We handle room blocks, group flights, private transfers, and the one person who books late.

On-trip support
Included with full trip design
Text or email while you're away. Cancelled flight, closed restaurant, a rainy day that needs a plan B. We fix it from here so you don't spend your vacation on hold.
Good to know
How the fee works
The planning fee is paid when we start, and it covers the research and design time. It isn't refundable if you decide not to travel, but it is credited toward a rebooked trip within a year.
Travel insurance
We recommend it for every trip and can quote a policy alongside your itinerary. You're never required to buy it through us.
What we don't do
Points and miles redemptions, last-minute (under two weeks) bookings during peak season, and trips where the only goal is the cheapest possible price. There are better tools for those.
Timing
Most trips are best started three to six months out. Europe in summer and holiday-week cruises: aim for eight months or more.
